SHRINK FILM PACKAGING

Eurofilm MANTZARIS SA produces shrink film in different widths and thicknesses for industrial use. Our shrink film has great mechanical properties that ensure tight load stability, as well as quick and safe final pallet packaging. Shrink films can be tailored to specific requirements of each customer depending on the available machinery and the packaged products.

Shrink films are suitable for fully automatic assembly lines, as well as semi-automatic ones with shrink wrap machines. Usually, shrink films are made of LD-LLDPE polyethylene depending on the products that need a good quality package.

Tubed Shrink film with pleats for pallet packaging. COEX multi-layer material.

Available for automated packaging of items in pallets. Also available in bags for manual shrinking. Provides stability when storing and transporting pallets. Protects against dust, water, weather and damage they can cause.

They can be printed with up to six colors with UV protection for 12 months.

Use:

For industries with automated packaging systems for pallets such as building materials (eg bricks), glass products, and other industries.

Shrink Hood is produced upon request and its specifications follow both the mechanical requirements of the customer’s machine, and the type of products packaged.

Our technical staff co-operates with each customer in order to ensure that the right type of film with the appropriate technical specifications (dimensions, thickness, puncture resistance, transparency, coefficient of friction, shrink rate, etc) is used, in order to meet the requirements of every application in production speed, packaging tensile strength or appearance. These products are used in many applications, such as multipacks of various industries: bottled water, soft drinks and beer, food and beverages in glass, plastic or aluminium containers, cans, and cartons.
